What is your email address?
How do I contact Find Your Size?
You contact Find Your Size by email. Use the "Found a mistake? Email us." link at the foot of any page. It opens an email that names the page in its subject line, so we know where to look.
The site has no contact form, so nothing you write passes through our web pages. Mail sent to our address is received by the company that hosts the site and forwarded to a Gmail inbox, run by Google. The privacy page says more.
What can I write to you about?
You can write about anything that looks wrong on a page, for example:
- a size or a figure that does not match its source
- a source that has changed its rule since the date we checked it
- a page that does not work with your browser, keyboard or screen reader
- a link that no longer works
If you can, name the page and include a link to the source that shows the problem. The corrections page lists what we have changed.
What can't you help with?
We cannot help with orders or with sizes we do not cover:
- orders, deliveries and returns, which Amazon or the seller handles, because we sell nothing
- sizes for things we do not cover, such as clothes and shoes
What happens to my email?
We use your email address and message only to reply and, if you found a mistake, to correct the page. Your rights over it are on the privacy page.
